Description

Under this program, a portion of the excess costs incurred in organizing a knowledge-sharing activity in northern communities will be reimbursed by the CEN’s strategic network (CEN). Unlike other CEN awards and scholarships, this program is not managed by the Student Committee, but by the CEN Scientific Committee.

Amount

Reimbursement of up to $500 upon presentation of supporting documentation for accommodation and expenses incurred in organizing a knowledge-sharing activity with members of a northern community.

If the activity takes place in a village where there is a CEN research station, an in-kind contribution such as overnight stays or use of the community hall will be offered instead of reimbursement.
