Doctoral project in biology. Monitoring the impacts of climate change on biodiversity in Quebec.

The Quebec government's biodiversity monitoring network is the first large-scale project in Quebec aimed at documenting changes in biodiversity on a broad scale. It was developed as part of the 2013-2020 Climate Change Action Plan in partnership with the MELCCFP. Nearly 250 sites have been monitored since 2016, using some 30 indicators and taxonomic groups in a variety of environments (forests, tundra, headlands, marshes, lakes, and rivers).

They are looking for a PhD student to synthesize observations and develop interpretation tools. The offer will remain open until a candidate is selected.
