General Information
A Master's project with a fellowship is available for summer or fall 2025.
The project, entitled "Linking Microbial Connectivity with Hydrological Connectivity in Northern Landscapes through Coupled Metagenomics and Geomatics", aims to investigate how hydrological connectivity affects gene spread through bacterial dispersal and horizontal transfer in these changing environments.
The project will be carried out at the UQTR under the supervision of Professor Christophe Kinnard of the UQTR's Department of Environmental Sciences and co-supervised by Professor Jérôme Comte of the INRS' Centre Eau-Terre-Environnement.
