Information

The 46th CEN Annual Conference will be held on February 12 and 13, 2026, at Université Laval in the Cercle Universitaire (rooms ADJ-4512 and ADJ-4514 in the Desjardins building).

In addition to the conference's usual program, the 2026 edition will offer a half-day of training on the afternoon of February 11.

Registration

The deadline for conference registration is January 30, 2026.

The deadline for abstract submission is December 15, 2025.

Logistics

Transportation

No transportation will be covered by CEN.

Accomodation

CEN will not cover any accommodation costs.

However, participants are offered a preferential rate of $120 + tax per night per room in university residences located near the conference venue.

To take advantage of this rate, please write to hebergement@sres.ulaval.ca, specifying that you are attending the CEN conference and that you would like to receive the preferential rate.
