Presentation Guidelines
You can present your project in different formats:
The maximum size of the poster is 36 inches wide by 7 feet high.
The portrait format is preferred. However, if the landscape format is chosen, the width must remain 36 inches maximum (and the height according to the shape of your rectangle).
You have 2 minutes and 2 slides to present your project succinctly and encourage the audience to visit your poster during the poster session.
You have a 15-minute block, which includes a 12-minute presentation followed by 3 minutes of questions.
If your oral presentation is in French, your visual aid must be in English to encourage inclusion. If your mother tongue is not French and you are not comfortable presenting in French, you may present in English, accompanied by a compulsory visual aid in French.
You are free to choose the format of your presentation.

Call For Abstracts
The call for presentations is now closed!
Please note that the CEN Annual Conference is primarily a French-speaking event. However, we wish to make the event as inclusive as possible and therefore require that an oral presentation in French is necessarily accompanied by a support in English (or vice versa).
The deadline for submitting abstracts is 13 December 2024.
Please note! Submitting a presentation does not automatically register you for the conference. You must still register using the registration form.
