The 44th Annual CEN Symposium will be held on February 14, 15 and 16, 2024 at the Pavillon Alphonse-Desjardins (Université Laval campus).

The abstract submission deadline is December 15, 2023.

Registration deadline is January 29, 2024.

Call For Abstract

You can present your project in a variety of formats:

• A poster
• A "classic" oral presentation
• A reinvented presentation (alternative format)

Abstract submission instructions:

• Title
• Author(s): Last name First name (affiliation), * for main presenter
• Abstract in English or French: 350 words maximum

Transportation Logistics

The CEN plans to offer a transportation service from

• Rimouski,
• Sherbrooke,
• Montreal
• Chicoutimi and
• Trois-Rivières.

This is the only form of transportation provided and no other form of transportation will be reimbursed.

Accomodation Logistics

A block of rooms has been reserved for our group at the Université Laval residence for the nights of February 14 and 15, 2024.

The rooms are equipped with a full bathroom, queen-size bed, double sofa bed, TV, microwave, refrigerator and telephone. They come with all the usual hotel amenities, including linens and towels, shampoo and soap, parking included, free wireless Internet access and local toll-free calls. The rate is $105 + tax per night.

Please note that all participants are responsible for booking their own accommodations at their own expense prior to January 29, 2024. There will be no refunds for lodging or per diems.
